We offer three flexible models for your company: The Options model provides flexibility with fluctuating demand – your employees receive priority in place allocation. With Place Reservation, you secure a fixed number of childcare places at one of our locations. For larger companies, we establish a company crèche directly at your site, optionally with complete operational management by Little Star.

How much does corporate childcare cost?

Costs vary depending on the chosen model and scope of services. Place reservations and Options models require a monthly basic contribution per reserved place. For company crèches, we develop an individual financing concept together. We're happy to create a non-binding cost estimate based on your specific requirements and company size.

How long does implementation of a corporate care solution take?

This depends on the chosen model. Options and Place Reservation models can often be implemented within a few weeks, provided free places are available at our existing locations. A company crèche requires 12-18 months from planning to opening, depending on complexity. We support you throughout the entire process – from needs analysis through regulatory approvals to operational implementation.

From what company size does corporate childcare become worthwhile?

Even smaller companies with 20-30 employees benefit from our Options model or individual place reservations. The deciding factor is not just overall size, but the proportion of employees of family-relevant age. What legal aspects must be considered with corporate childcare?

For place reservations, we as a licensed childcare facility assume all legal obligations. For company crèches, we support you in obtaining all required permits and ensure all cantonal and municipal requirements are met. This includes requirements for premises, staff qualifications, safety standards and operational concepts. If desired, we assume complete operational management and thus legal responsibility.
